Neither of them are particularly messy. Ishida is OCD and Ichigo's room is always organized and clean when it's shown. I'd say though short term Ichigo would be the culprit.

For some weird reason I imagine Ichigo to be really good when it comes to shopping. Maybe 'cause I can imagine him shopping with Yuzu.

Who remembers anniversaries?
I couldn't see either of them forgetting them, Ishida because he just doesn't forget stuff and Ichigo because he's been shown to be a really sentimental guy at times. Though I doubt Ishida would try to celebrate it while Ichigo would make a big deal out of it.
Ichigo- Yo, I got you an anniversy gift.
Ishida- I didn't get you anything.
